How much space does the Photo box need?
Photo box without canvas: 0.5 m². It can be positioned anywhere. Here you find the dimensions.
Photo box with Backdrop: 6,25 m². For this you need an area of 2,5x2,5m. Here you find the dimensions.
Do I need Wifi?
Yes, if you want the photo e-mails sent directly out. A LAN cable is also possible.
If there is no Internet, the photos can also be sent out at the end of the event with a mobile phone hotspot on site.
The average data volume is about 300mb.
Which power connection does the Photo Booth need?
Only a classic 230V socket within direct reach of the site.
How long does it take to set up?
Photo Box without canvas: approx. 10 minutes. All you have to do is roll Goldie in place, unzip it, and plug it in. It starts up automatically within 30 seconds and you only have to connect WiFi if necessary and then start the program.
Photo Box with canvas: The canvas comes in a compact bag and can be set up as a first-time user in about 20-30 minutes.
How many photo prints are included?
Unlimited. The printer has always loaded 400 prints and enough replacement paper is sent with it.
Can I use the photo booth outside?
Yes, but it must be possible to store it quickly in the rain. Ideally, you plan a roof.
Do I need external light for the photo box?
Not necessarily. Goldie has integrated, adjustable LEDs that throw a pleasant steady light on the user. However, we do not recommend placing Goldie in a completely dark room.
How do I change the print material?
Under this link you will find a short video to explain. The change only takes about 1 minute.
Does the photo box need a Promoter?
Not necessarily. The photo process is intuitive, simple and universally understandable. At evening events and closed events, it makes more sense to work without supervision.
Recommendation: At trade fairs, gala receptions, promotions and product presentations, we recommend supervision because personal contact with the customer is important here. Goldie is used here more as a marketing tool.
Does someone from IMANOX have to be on site?
No. Goldie has tested, fall-proof software. The hardware is safe for transportation. We help you via video call and completely take care over the setup of Goldie remotely. If content needs to be changed “on the fly”, we can change it within minutes via our cloud.
How long can I rent the photo box?
As long as you want. The minimum rental period starts from 4 hours.
Can I rent the photo box outside of Germany?
Yes. We have several logistics partners who can deliver Goldie anywhere in the EU within days.
What features can I combine?
Almost all. You can combine a virtual background with a digital mask or content in hand. You can also combine a mask with an object in your hand. The overlay can always be combined with all features.
Can I create the content myself?
Yes, you can easily create all of the content yourself. Upon acceptance, we will send you a link with all design guidelines. These contain a Photoshop Template, a description and an example.
If required, you can also hire our graphic designers for the content.
